1. Account Usage
LearnAI accounts are created by the instructor, Dave Nicosia, on behalf of enrolled students. There is no self-registration. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
2. Course Content Ownership
All course content — including module text, exercises, quizzes, and supplementary materials — is the intellectual property of Dave Nicosia and Epic Web Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose: learning AI prompting skills. You will not attempt to access other users' accounts, manipulate progress tracking, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the course, contact Dave within 14 days of enrollment to discuss a refund. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. After 14 days or completion of Module 4, refunds are not available.
5. Limitations of Liability
This course teaches AI prompting skills for educational purposes. Dave Nicosia and Epic Web Studios are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of techniques learned in this course. The course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
